about the chalet:

WHEN:
6-8june; sat-mon

WHERE:
Costa Sands Pasir Ris.
please meet at Pasir Ris mrt at 1130;and we'll go there tgt.
of course, for those whose parents can fetch them there can meet us at the chalet at 12.

WHAT TO BRING:
-sleeping bags [if you want]
-clothes [3-4sets]
-underwear [as many as you want]
-toiletries
-$6 to pay for the chalet! [$20 was the deposit]*
-extra $
-poker cards :D
-movies**
-anyone who is willing to bring laptop/portable DVD player**
-some kind souls please bring some potato chips as well.**
-swimming costume [if you wanna swim]

WHAT WE ARE GOING TO DO:
Sat:
12noon-check in; unpack
1230-go ehub to eat
2-return to chalet; water ballon fight!
games by our very willing chairperon GONGZIXUAN!
those who wanna go swim can go.
4-some ppl will go prepare BBQ [those who wanna volunteer please tell me/simon]
5-start the BBQ [light up the charcoal]
830-cleaning up
9-wash up
10-free time [watching horror movies;play cards;rent bike(?) etc.]

Sun:
9-wake up; have breakfast
10-games by our fantastic chairperson GONGZIXUAN! or free time
1130-lunch at ehub
1-escape theme park
7-dinner at ehub
9-free time again

Mon:
9-wake up; have breakfast
10-pack up
11-check out

so this is roughly what we are gonna do.
if u are unsatisfied,pls make suggestions in the tagboard WITH UR REAL NAME.
no name,suggestion not taken into consideration.
and abt class tee.
it would be given out on the day of chalet.
those who havent pay please bring the money.

*i know some ppl are complaining abt the chalet being ex and all. so let me get this straight:
IT IS NOT EXPENSIVE.
the cost of 2 rooms is $480. i booked 2 rooms cause i expected a bigger turnout.
18 ppl are going to the chalet.
you do the math.
and if you realised, you are not paying for the food, cause im sponsoring it.
so please,please dont complain.
$26 per person is already not bad.

**those willing to bring these stuff please inform me or simon. please dont be stingy if you have any of these items xD it will make the challet more fun. i am very sure you all dont want a boring chalet.

*** those meeting up at paisr ris mrt please tell me by FRIDAY,or else i'll assume that you are going to the chalet urself.
